These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BilKaro, a quotation, invoicing and client follow-up management service ("BilKaro", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up or use the service.
BilKaro lets you create quotations and GST invoices, manage clients and follow-ups, track inventory, and related business-management features, either fully offline in your browser or, if you create a hosted account, synced across your devices. Features and pricing may change over time; we'll do our best to give you reasonable notice of material changes.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may invite staff members with restricted access under your account — you remain responsible for their use of the service.
BilKaro offers a free plan with a limited number of quotations, and paid monthly/yearly plans. Paid plans are processed through Razorpay and activate automatically as soon as payment succeeds. Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel — you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from within the app (Settings > Billing), which stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank account details — those are handled directly by Razorpay under their own security and compliance controls (PCI-DSS). Prices shown in the app are current at the time of payment; we may change pricing for future billing periods.
Everything you enter into BilKaro — your company details, your clients' names, contact details, quotations, invoices, and inventory — belongs to you. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store your clients' personal information, and for complying with applicable data protection and telemarketing laws (such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and TRAI/DND regulations) in how you use that data yourself.
We do not use your clients' names, phone numbers, emails or other contact details to market to them, and we do not sell or share that information with third parties. Your clients' data is used solely to provide the service back to you (e.g. generating your quotations and invoices) and is never used for BilKaro's own outreach.
We may use aggregated and/or anonymized data about how BilKaro is used — for example, which features are popular, typical business types, or overall usage patterns — to improve the product and to inform how we market BilKaro itself. This never includes your clients' personal contact information, and it's never presented in a way that identifies you or any individual client.
We may contact you (the account holder) by email about your account, service updates, or BilKaro's own offers — you can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
You agree not to use BilKaro for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, to attempt to bypass billing or access controls, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
You may stop using BilKaro at any time. For a hosted account, contact us to request account/data deletion. Amounts already paid for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
BilKaro is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care with the service (including GST calculations and generated documents), you're responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotations, invoices and figures before sending them to your clients or relying on them for compliance purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BilKaro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date/version, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
